Hi Claudia,

You are in luck - Omnicom actually run an MBA residency programme in the States. It gives people the chance to experience a number of different agencies before deciding where to pursue a career.

there is a link at the bottom with more information.

I have met a few of the Omnicom MBA Residents and all have raved about what a great programme it is.
