The DAS Accelerate Scheme is one of the most demanding graduate schemes out there. You work in 5 different specialist agencies across 15 months. My name is Steve, and I am on the scheme, but my training period is nearly over, and this site is my project.

Having seen many a corporate website in my time, I wanted to create something that I wish had been there when I applied for the Acclerate Scheme almost 2 years ago.
This blog though is run by the 4 newest graduates on the scheme. They started a few weeks ago, and will be contributing their experiences and feelings about life on the scheme to this blog.
It is designed to a place for discussion and exchange of ideas. Something that is less about recruitment and more about help, support and improving everyone's chances of getting a job.
